US domestic shipping

All orders process within 3 business days. Season Evans is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

International shipping

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Season Evans is not responsible for payment of this duty. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Returns

Return Policy

Returns are accepted if a piece of artwork or quilt is damaged during shipping or if there is a defect beyond normal wear and tear. Please contact me directly at season@sdequilts.com within 7 days of receiving the item and I will fix, replace, or send a refund for the item.

Please note, there are no returns on international orders and made-to-order pieces. I do not credit original or return shipping costs.

Return Policy for Custom or Commissioned Work

All custom quilt sales are final. Quality is of paramount importance. Each quilt is made with utmost care and premium fabrics. Please follow cleaning instructions. I can not be liable if damage occurs from improper care. If a quilt is damaged during shipping or if there is a defect beyond normal wear and tear, please contact me directly at season@sdequilts.com and I will fix or replace the piece as I see fit.
